Dusit Thani Sri Lanka – Beachfront Balapitiya, Sri Lanka, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with World Vacation Club in Dhaka recently.
M.Z.I. Dalton Zahir President of World Vacation Club and Ajit Wijesinghe Director of Indola Group signed the MoU.
Peter Kafie, senior executive of the group was present on the occasion. Celebrity presenter Sharmin Nahar Lucky, singer Mehreen Mahmud, actor Nayeem, CEO of Cool Exposure Ershadul Huq Tinku and high officials were also present at the signing ceremony, said a press release.
World Vacation Club will be the agent for selling and marketing Dusit Thani Sri Lanka in Bangladesh.
The Beachfront Balapitiya project is developed by Indola Group Pvt Ltd and managed by Dusit Thani International. It will consist of 4 apartment towers with 526 apartments, 4 secluded beaches, 5 luxury swimming pools and a stunning sea view promenade featuring 15 international restaurants, bars, cafés, luxury spa, sauna and gymnasium.
